Is your work guaranteed?
We provide Certificates of Compliance where necessary and we only supply and use SABS approved building materials. We complete a full inspection of works before client handover and offer guarantees on all contractor installations.
Are schematic fully insured and registered?
Yes. Schematic are a fully registered and insured South African business based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Working with an insured company offers you peace of mind that alls aspects of risk, injury and any other potential issue is covered. Being fully registered ensures the ability to reclaim all construction related costs back against the capital growth of your property or investment.
What size construction project can schematic manage?
Our team is prepared to handle any and all of your building design and building construction needs. We have worked on small scale residential bathrooms, kitchens, interior and exterior renovations, commercial exterior refurbs for office blocks and retail parks.
We have also completed interior office fitouts, testing lab fitouts and reception refurbs through to new build coffee shops and annexes.
