Our client wanted a cost effective design solution in order to provide the tenants with a modern lobby refurbishment.
Schematic Design created a unique upgrade with the application of articulated design elements which didn’t break the bank. These included a wall mural design, new pendant lighting and carefully designed “way finding” signage.
Not only did this refurb provide tenants with an impressive upgrade but also improved the building’s secondary function as an entrance to the retail outlets offered on the ground floor.
