Our experience in the turnkey industry has enabled us to compile and value-engineer design budgets within client constraints, whilst simultaneously producing well thought-out design spaces. Our project management skills have seen projects successfully completed within strenuous timeline’s, by ensuring cohesive management of all contractors while thoroughly reflecting the client’s brief. This package is suited to clients that have time and capacity constraints and would benefit from a complete turnkey solution for which they would pay a consolidated fee.
We conceptualise the design as well as develop the site documentation for submission to the client for approval and costing, this will include floor plans and may include 3D images so that you can visualise your new space. We then offer project management services for the client appointed contractors and ensure the project runs within the expected timelines and is constructed as per the approved design. We have excellent relationships with many contractors and can liaise with these professionals on your behalf to obtain competitive quotes and get your project moving quickly and in the right direction. This service is for larger architectural projects, such as refurbishments and new build proposals.
We offer a variety of individual services within the build, refurb and office fit out spheres which can be provided on an ad hoc basis. These include 3D design and renders, site measures, “as built” plan redraws and project management.
Upon specific request and enquiry, we create a custom service offering relative to most genres of architecture and interior design.
