353 Rivonia was a low key refurbishment project for Gemgrow Properties.
Subtle yet significant alterations to the building were made in preparation for the new Motherland Coffee Shop. These refurbishments by Schematic Design included new paint band to the main façade, new pavers to pedestrian walkway and a new balustrade to pedestrian perimeter.
