A new office fit-out for 8 Gemsbok Road, Rivonia.
The client had a vision for a high-end contemporary office space but stipulated a fixed budget that reflected a low-end offering. Schematic Design lowered their fees to ensure the client’s sophisticated vision could be realized and luxe details could be provide for.
Emphasis was placed on the client-facing areas by creating custom design elements such as marble and glass which would lend themselves in describing the law firm’s new office space.
