SUNTYGER
A complete refurb from top to bottom of this mixed-use office park – Suntyger Building on Durban Road in Bellville, with a new build coffee shop added to the offering. The front and back of the building was painted in contrasting black and white, and an enclosed structure was built around the stairwell. We retiled flooring areas on all levels as well as and lifted and repaved all common walk areas. In addition, we added a new build coffee shop in the courtyard area.
