Wearcheck – Interior Office & Lab Fitout

Wearcheck, Westway Office Park, 4 The Terrace, Westville, Durban.

This projects was completed in multiple phases for two clients, first, the cash vault on the inside of the building was demolished for the landlord to allow space for the new tenants requirements, this phase also included making the windows larger and adding shop front to one side of the building.

There after we completed an office and lab fit-out of 2000m2 for one of the leading condition monitoring specialists in Africa. This included new flooring, repainting, new ceiling installation, lab benches, working bays, extraction, meeting rooms and liquid storage.
